innovando.info is born from work Innovando carried out on its own history, language, competencies and position in time.
Not to build a more elegant narrative. Not to add another site to the ecosystem. Not to explain better what we were already doing.
But to understand what we had become.
After twenty-five years of communication, advertising, publishing, technology, reputation, infrastructure and support, one definition was no longer enough. A deeper structure was needed, able to hold together what had developed over time in different, but not separate, directions.

This structure is the matrix.
Not a method invented at a desk. Not a formula to be applied indiscriminately.
A matrix is what precedes forms and makes them possible. It is the place where relationships become legible, experiences find order, ideas stop being isolated intuitions and begin to become direction.
Before proposing a method to clients, Innovando applied it to itself: it observed, distinguished, mapped, interpreted, and only then began to give form to the transformation already under way.
First on ourselves.

For this reason, innovando.info is not born to tell a promise, but to make a trajectory visible.
The name already contained this direction.
Innovando is a gerund. It does not indicate an achieved result, but an action in progress. It does not say that we are innovative. It says that we are inside a process: searching, understanding, correcting, evolving, refusing to stand still.
It is a name that behaves not like a monument, but like a movement.
From this origin comes Innovando’s methodological matrix: a way of observing, distinguishing, mapping, interpreting and transforming.
